FIVE Medium size Ants
In 2010 Cosé created the first ants’ installation NATURE EXPANDS as a statement to global warming. The ants stand for the only survivors in whatever circumstances.
In his art work Cosé lets them grow and gives them larger proportions.
This installation consists of FIVE Medium size ANTS (see picture 2)
Dimensions: Approx. dimensions of one Ant: L 60 x W 50 x H 37 cm) An ant body without the paws: approx. L 40 cm.
These are approximate dimensions: Although the steel parts all have the same rational dimensions, the precise size of the ant varies depending on stretching the paws or bending them tighter (wider paws means lower and narrower means higher). The dimensions of the whole installation will depend on your space and your composition.
The ants are meant to be mounted to the wall or ceiling. They're suitable indoors and outdoors. They can stand even humid climates as they're made of Corten steel. Corten steel has a rusty look but the rust is only on the surface and will never go deeper.
The installation will come dated and signed, and will bear the title of the art work and words related to Global Warming.

You can return any art work within 14 days of receipt if the item is still new and in it's original packaging and if you have contacted us within 3 days after delivery.

Shipping from Spain
Shipping: Ready-to-ship art works: estimated arrival within 10-20 days (depending on destination) from purchase date, so after your payment has cleared to our account. Made-to-order art works: estimated arrival 4 weeks from purchase date, depending on production of the art work.
Larger and heavier art pieces will take longer due to customs and paperwork.
We usually ship our art works by registered mail (larger and heavier packages with Economy mail with insurance), from Seville, Spain, by Spanish Postal Services. In other cases you'll be notified before hand.
You'll get the tracking number by e-mail.
Insurance: All art works will be packed with care and shipped by registered mail. If you wish to have your art work insured please contact us before purchasing and we'll adjust prices.
