Cute for cat lovers: SURPRISE! A cat brooch packed in a beautiful SARDINE can

Anyone who has a cat knows the delightful pose when they sit still, tail in a tense curve. Now they are a bit uncomfortable, or just not totally at ease.

Anne designed the brooch and made it entirely by hand. She sawed the brooch out of 1mm aluminum and hammered it just gently for texture. Then she filed the outlines and sanded the surface. To finish the brooch she bent a cute little copper collar and attached the safety pin at the back. In the end she packed the little cat in a beautiful and cute sardine can… If only the cat would have known it!

I love this sweet pin and tin combo. I have the pin on my departed cat Emma’s urn. It adds so much. I put a tuft of her fur and the last of her favorite treats in the tin. We all grieve differently and find comfort where we can. The quality of this item is excellent. The craftsman lovely to deal with. Reasonable ship time. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.

The delicate, exquisite design is truly beautiful. The cheeky curly tail adds character to the piece. Encapsulating the cat is a unique tin which adds further quirkiness to the brooch. For cat lovers an absolute delight when lifting the lid. In the parcel, was a lovely handwritten letter, explaining how the cat was crafted and how to care and clean the brooch. It adds a human touch to the artwork and reminds us the it is handcrafted not manufactured. Thank you for sending the well wrapped parcel across the globe.

Larger and heavier art pieces will take longer due to customs and paperwork.

We usually ship our art works by registered mail (larger and heavier packages with Economy mail with insurance), from Seville, Spain, by Spanish Postal Services. In other cases you'll be notified before hand.
